INTRODUCTION
On 29th March 2026, the Spring Hope Cancer Foundation, in partnership with Dev Public Society (DPS) & Youth Welfare Society, and Bridging Journeys, organized a Health Talk at Raja Vihar, Samaipur Badli Industrial Area, New Delhi. The session was designed to address the pressing health challenges faced by women and adolescent girls in urban resettlement colonies. These communities often encounter barriers such as limited access to healthcare, inadequate awareness of preventive measures, and social constraints that discourage open dialogue on health concerns. By creating a space for participatory discussion, the program sought to identify these needs and lay the groundwork for solutions that are inclusive, responsive, and rooted in the lived realities of the community.

CONCLUSION
The above Health Talk organized by Spring Hope Cancer Foundation on 29th March 2026 was a meaningful step toward empowering women and adolescent girls in Raja Vihar. By creating a safe space for dialogue, the Foundation and its partners have taken a vital step in building healthier communities and ensuring that every woman and girl has the knowledge and confidence to care for her health.
This health talk was attended by 50 women and adolescent girls from the community. Each of these women represented approximately the same number of families, which means the message extended far beyond the session itself. By sharing what they learned with their own families and extended relatives, whether living in the same locality or elsewhere, these women became powerful messengers of change. In this way, the initiative not only reached individuals but also entire households, helping the Organization move closer to its mission of spreading awareness and fostering healthier communities.
